Adult Karate classes take place at the following times and locations:

Mondays 10am (age 55+) - McAuley Place, Naas

Mondays 7pm (teens and adults) - Monread Community Centre, Naas

Wednesdays 7:30pm (teens and adults) - Maynooth Community Space

Thursdays 7pm (teens and adults) - LM Studios, Ladytown Business Park (between Naas and Newbridge, near J10 off M7)
